Een innerlijke reis op een prachtige plek in Frankrijk: Bardou. Tijdens deze 8-daagse retreat neem ik je mee op een transformerende reis van She Remembers.

  • Onze reis opent op maandag 15 juni 2026.
    Op die dag stappen we samen het veld binnen, laten we het gewone achter ons en openen we ons voor wat mag ontstaan.

    Acht dagen lang worden we gedragen door elkaar. We vertragen, verdiepen en laten los wat niet meer dient, zodat er ruimte komt voor wat écht geleefd wil worden.

    Op maandag 22 juni 2026 sluiten we de cirkel. Niet als een einde, maar als een zacht begin. Je keert terug naar huis — lichter, gevoed, verzacht en vol nieuw leven.

  • Onze exclusieve villa in Bardou ademt pure elegantie en zachtheid. Met een serene inrichting in zachte beige tinten omhult de woning je in een rustgevende sfeer die doet denken aan de chique, ontspannen vibes van Ibiza.

    Binnen vloeien luxe en eenvoud naadloos samen: natuurlijke materialen en verfijnde accenten creëren een harmonieus geheel dat warmte en schoonheid uitstraalt.

France is where silence becomes sacred. Hidden away in the tiny village of Bardou, our villa feels like a secret land, waiting to be discovered. It lies in the middle of nowhere, yet the moment you step inside, your body knows. It exhales. It lands. You feel instantly at home.

I once asked the owner why the energy here feels so different, so alive. She told me that long ago, an old woman bought this place and filled it with her prayers, her rituals, her work. And you can still feel her presence. It’s as if she left behind a blessing that holds you the moment you arrive.

In Bardou, time slows down. The air is still, the nights are deep, and the villa itself seems to whisper: you are safe, you are welcome, you can let go.

It is more than a villa. It is a safe space that carries memory, care, and magic — a place where your soul can finally rest, and where new layers of yourself can be unlocked.

Waar moet ik beginnen? Zo dankbaar dat ik ben voor de afgelopen week. Zo zot dat jij deze dingen kan teweeg brengen. Ik voel dat ik begonnen ben aan iets waarbij er een weg meer terug is. Ik was zeker en vast op slot en ik had nooit gedacht dat ik zou ‘unlocken’, ook al voelde ik wel dat ik dit wel wou. Ik ben zo bij dat ik deze stap heb genomen. Misschien met nog een klein hartje kijkend naar de toekomst.. Maar dan weet ik dat jij er bent. Je bent zo inspirerend voor mij en ik voel een diep respect voor wat je doet, wat je bereikt en waar je voor staat. Ik ben ook heel blij voor jou dat je mag doen wat je met heel je hart wil doen en ik geloof dat je nog heel veel mensen zal raken en helpen. Een nederige dankjewel.

Na jouw online sessie in BALI over je programma was ik overtuigd dat dit is wat ik nodig heb. Nu kan ik zeggen: oh yes! Het heeft al mijn verwachtingen overtroffen. Ik ben jou zo dankbaar dat ik erbij mocht zijn en deel uitmaken van deze fantastische groep vrouwen. Ik voelde me gedragen en gezien door jou en de groep. Je liefdevolle begeleiding, je zachte stem, je perfecte muziekkeuze maakten het een unieke en onvergetelijke ervaring. Ook de locatie is prachtig, het lekkere eten, het vriendelijke personeel maken het plaatje af. En dan nog ‘la mama’, wat mooi dat jullie dit samen in de wereld kunnen zetten. Het somatic bodywork is een ideale tool voor mij om volledig uit mijn hoofd te komen. Dankjewel om deze eerste kennismaking bij jou te kunnen beleven. Chapeau voor wat je in de wereld zet. Deze retreat zit voor altijd in mijn hart. Na het thuiskomen en loslaten volg ik mijn eigen pad van overvloed.

Nooit gedacht dat ik zoveel gin voelen en daaropvolgend me zo oké zou voelen. Hoe mooi kan het leven zijn. Hoe rijk voel ik me deze week. Kijken, liefhebben, voelen en ervaren. Herboren worden. De cirkel is rond. De dankbaarheid voor het leven dat me geschonken werd. Verwonderd blijven…. Houden van de zon, de wind, de warmte op je huid. Ik heb al dee dingen zo intens mogen ervaren deze week. Dit was en is thuiskomen. Je thuis voelen, op die ene plek, eender waar je bent, dicht bij de natuur, dicht bij jezelf. Zo rijk voel ik me, zo dankbaar dat ik dit heb mogen ervaren. De verbondenheid met de andere vrouwen. Wat een onbeschrijflijke rijkdom. Dank je lieve Lieze!
